Hi, I'm Sally.

You may be reading this as you are finding aspects of life difficult at the moment. You may be experiencing uncomfortable thoughts or struggling with certain circumstances in your life. Maybe you can't quite pinpoint what you're going through; you just know you need some support.

I offer a supportive and professional space tailored to your needs, whether you're looking for focused short-term therapy (6-8 sessions) or a more open-ended journey of support. Short-term therapy provides a structured, goal-driven approach to help you develop coping strategies and tackle immediate concerns. Open-ended therapy allows for deeper exploration at your own pace, giving you the time and space to work through complex emotions and life patterns. I personalise my work with you and provide tools you can use through the difficulties in your life and relationships.

Bespoke Support Packages

If you are a local authority, alternative education provider, fostering or adoption agency looking for tailored support for an individual or family, please get in touch for a package outline and quote.

With over 15 years of experience working in social care and youth services within a London local authority, I offer tailored support for young people and families, working across schools, colleges, and community spaces. My work has spanned looked-after children, youth offending, NEET support, and contextual safeguarding, with a particular focus on adopted and SGO young people and their families.

I work with parents, carers, and young people, adapting therapy to fit individual needs. I deliver sessions in schools, colleges, or locally hired rooms.

My experience includes working with complex, developmental trauma, ACEs, attachment issues, and relational trauma. I also support young people with SEN and those identifying as LGBTQIA+. As a DSL Level 3 safeguarding-qualified professional, I have extensive knowledge of risk assessment, safeguarding policies, and intervention strategies.

I use a blend of approaches to ensure each individual or family receives unique support. I am trained in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) at Level 1 & 2, as well as trauma-informed therapy, complex trauma support, integrative psychotherapy, and person-centered therapy. Whether working with an individual or with a family, I create space for healing through talking therapy, walk-and-talk therapy, and attachment-based interventions.

I integrate methods like art, storytelling, journalling, and even digital tools such as Minecraft. Sand tray work allows individuals to visualise their experiences in a tangible way, while nature-based approaches, such as walk and talk therapy, help with emotional regulation and grounding.

Psychoeducation is an important part of the work I do, providing young people and families with insight into trauma, attachment, emotional regulation, and mental health. I also incorporate polyvagal and nervous system work to help individuals understand their emotional and behavioural responses.

I provide a safe and supportive space, where young people and families can build resilience and work through challenges in ways that feel right for them. My goal is always to meet individuals where they are and guide them toward growth, healing, and self-understanding.
