Hi, I'm Sally.

You may be reading this as you are finding aspects of life difficult at the moment. You may be experiencing uncomfortable thoughts or struggling with certain circumstances in your life. Maybe you can't quite pinpoint what you're going through; you just know you need some support.

I am able to offer you a safe space to explore what you are experiencing. I will work with you to understand why you feel the way you do, and support you to achieve your personal or professional goals.

I personalise my work with you and provide tools you can use through the difficulties in your life and relationships.
